The MBMet-500 Solar Irradiance Sensor is a high-precision, all-in-one solution for measuring solar irradiation. Ideal for monitoring photovoltaic (PV) systems, both rooftop and ground-mounted this sensor provides multiple measurement options, including solar irradiation, ambient air temperature, and PV module temperature. It is also spectrally matched to PV arrays, ensuring accurate readings.

The Sensor MBMet-500 is housed in a rugged cast aluminum enclosure that is IP65-rated for protection against dust and water. It is also equipped with an RS-485 interface for easy integration with data acquisition systems. The sensor is easy to install and use, making it a great choice for both professional and DIY solar installers.
