MBMet-800 Series offers precise PV Module Temperature measurements for performance monitoring,designed to
withstand harsh conditions,with a specialized option for Bifacial PV Modules

The MBMet-800 Series is designed for Photovoltaic System performance monitoring,
offering precise measurements of PV Module Temperature. It uses a PT100/PT1000
Class A Sensor Element sealed in a stable aluminum cuboid to provide accurate
temperature measurements.The Class A Element is then connected to a
Transmitter Box for signal processing, and conversion to Digital or Analog Forms.

PV Module Temperature is critical for Monitoring Plant Performance Performance.
SInce Temperature plays a Direct Role on the PV Panel Performance, it is essential
to monitor the Panel Temperature. The MBMet-800 Series provides stable measurements,
even at longer cable lengths. The MBMet-800 Series is designed to be installed on
both, Monofacial and Bifacial Panels.

The sensor can measure a wide temperature range of -40 to +150C and can withstand rough
climate conditions and the Harsh electrical environment of Solar Plants.The sensor is
protected from Surges of up to 2.5kV – according to IEC-61000 & IS-14700.

All MBMet Sensors can be Configured with our Free to Use Desktop Software “MB Config”.
This Software is Designed Specially to Configure and Troubleshoot all MBMet Sensors.
All Configuration Settings such as Modbus ID, Baud Rate, Parity, Modbus Frame Analysis,
Temperature Unit Selection, Heater Operation, along with Real-Time Data Viewing can
be achieved using this Advanced software.The MB Config Software Can be Downloaded
from the Downloads Section of the MB Config Software Page."
