Compact Datalogger - MBLogger Nano

The MBLogger Nano is a compact and affordable datalogger from MBMet’s range of measurement and control devices. Designed for small meteorological applications,it is ideal for installations that require a compact, low-power, and powerful datalogger. The device uses a 32-bit ARM processor and a 24-bit ADC to ensure accurate, high-resolution data collection from sensitive sensors.

It includes a battery-backed RTC that can be updated through the built-in GPS or via SNTP from external GPS units. The built-in GPS module also provides accurate geo-location of the station where the datalogger is installed.

The Nano comes with a built-in cellular modem capable of transmitting data to the cloud using MQTT, FTP, and SFTP. It includes an RS-485 Modbus port and a TCP/IP port for configuration, data download, and Modbus communication. Users can choose between two configurable input ports (4–20mA, 0–1V, 0–10V, Pulse) or two RJ-11 ports for Davis wind and rain sensors.

All programming is done through the built-in web server, making configuration and installation simple. The datalogger offers advanced analytics such as filtering,min/max, sunrise and sunset timing, daily cumulative energy, daily rainfall, albedo, and sunshine duration.
