JOB PROFILE:

  • Managing site& sales engineers pan India
  • Manage ongoing projects pan India
  • Managing logistics for the ongoing project pan India
  • Past experience in managing teams from different verticals
  • Directly reporting to the technical director with the stages of the ongoing project along with logistics & technical updates.
  • Leading the in house support team along with managing the stationed site engineers. 
  • Propose solution of offer based on features of M.B Control products and services
  • Should be expert in handling computer software such as Power Point, MS Word, Outlook and Ms Excel.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with high level of confidence. Possess good analytical skills.
  • Accurately document in our ERP system.
  • Should have ability to multitask and handle conflicts in the business.

Qualifications:

  • Education:  Electrical Engineering/ Electronics Engineering with additional Experiences in several relevant fields

JOB PROFILE:

Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare quotations based on the project requirements in accordance with the concerned sales manager.

  1. Actively working on sourcing the most viable raw materials required for the project.

  1. Follow-up payments from clients.

  1. Experience of handling multiple turnkey tenders with rapidly changing priorities and deadlines.

  1. Experience with the complete proposal process from start to completion.

  1. Knowledge of M.B Control & Systems Pvt. Ltd. equipment and components for the Power / Industrial market, knowledge of contract T&Cs, risk management, knowledge of customers, management of a team & computer skills.

  1. Perform a detailed screening of the Request for Quotation (RFQ) in collaboration with Business Sales Manager aimed to assist management during the BID - NO BID decision process.

  1. Read and analyze customer technical and commercial requisition / bidding documents, identify and plan the list of activities to be performed in order to prepare the proposal package in the given time frame.

  1. Elaborate a proposal budget to discuss and agree with the Technical Director.

  1. Arrange proposal project kick - off meeting.

  1. Elaborate and execute in close cooperation with the Business Sales Manager, the Technology Manager, the proposal project Technical and Commercial strategy.

  1. Be point of Interface between Business Sales Manager& Technical team during project proposal preparation for clarifications request and communications in general.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating graphic contents related to our products and services for digital marketing platforms.
